Setting up your rods on the far bank at Oakview gives you a chance to fish to the back of the island, the deep bowl area and both of the far margins. It's a popular spot for catching a few of the carp that patrol from the deep bowl, round the back of the island into shallower waters, especially in the summer months. Great place to be carp fishing we would say.
