Travel and Holiday Insurance

Travel and holiday insurance isn't expensive, so please be sure to call your favourite insurance company.

It's easy to see how this can be overlooked. Many people go on holiday every year without holiday insurance and never have a problem. Having said that, there are also some people who do have problems whilst they are abroad and wish that they had simply purchased holiday insurance.

We've had a few clients come carp fishing in France, for many different reasons, have had to cancel their holiday, thus losing money. We have had others who have suffered accidents or losses whilst in France and once again, this has cost them dearly.

We strongly suggest once again, that holiday insurance (including cancellation cover) should be put in place as soon as you have made a booking.

And last but by no means least, don't forget to bring your EHIC card - if you haven't already got one, the government issue these for free, and they are easy to get.
