New Mill is a beautiful and exclusive carp fishing venue located in Normandy. A stunning 7.5 acre lake surrounded by mature trees and with lily pad features and mature margins.
New Mill is a lake exclusive venue; you can choose to stay in the stunning two bedroom converted water mill or you can opt for drive and survive. The lake is perfect for 4 anglers but can take 5 if you don’t mind sharing. There are 4 swims plus a stalking spot. Swims 1 and 2 have vehicle access. Each swim has a wooden cabin, so bivvies can be left at home.
With an impressive head of carp, well equipped swims and soon to be finished fabulous lakeside accommodation, New Mill is poised to explode on to the French carp scene.

New Mill Carp Lake Has Over 160 Virgin Carp
New Mill has 160 carp, including a small number of koi. Owner John Lines points out that this is based on the fish he has personally stocked or witnessed being caught in 2020. There are 5 confirmed 40s so far, including one just under 50. There are 65 known 30s, 38 upper 20s, 30 lower 20s and 22 mid to high teens. The biggest carp seen so far weighed 49lb.

The lakeside accommodation sleeps 4
Just yards from the water is a refurbished water mill, which overlooks the lake. It has two bedrooms and sleeps 4 people in comfort. Inside the accommodation is spacious and luxurious. Outside the accommodation it is picture-perfect in a stunning and tranquil location.
